What about a massive but simple wooden table with a secret?
On the first sight you don’t see any patterns, or any resemblence to the doors of Kosovo.
Thats because its hidden on the downside of the table. The massive table plate would be laying loose on the legs, so that you can turn the plate if you want. And underneath it its a full blown hand carved and paintet Kosovo door mosaic.

Every table would be unique, and made by the 2 man in their tiny and dusty production. You can even buy the plate to just have it standing against you wall as handcrafted art.
